Trying to design an efficient automobile can be an extremely difficult task. For small businesses, it becomes especially hard to design an automobile when the only scanner available is a 2-dimensional scanner. If I worked for a large automobile company, this wouldn’t be a problem. Large companies use high-tech 3D laser scanners to scan any image they desire onto their computer. These 3D laser scanners can be used in a vareity of different fields including medical, automobile, and aerospace. Unfortunately, the only reason why big companies use these 3D laser scanners and not the small businesses is simply because they are very, very expensive. After working for a small business it is quite clear that we would never be able to afford something so expensive, even if it could potentially help us generate a larger profit in the long run. However, the other day I was surfing the web and I came across a very interesting site. This site offers Optix 3d imaging scanners and an EScan system which includes 3D scanning software that will produce 3D images very quickly. I was really amazed with the price, using the EScan, businesses can do reverse engineering for only $7,345! I couldn’t believe how affordable it was.This is something that I am definitely interested in researching more about and hopefully the business I work for will eventually purchase one of these 3D laser scanners. It would make things a lot more efficient!

The Valuable Experian Consumer Research

In this struggling economy, consumer market research is an invaluable way to increase client’s customers for small to large businesses. Even the President-Elect Obama and his constituents may want to seek advice from the consumer research industry when making plans to boost the economy. Even though the average consumer seems to be hanging on to their dollars, with gas prices continuing to fall, there may be hope for consumer spending trends to increase this holiday season.

Consumer analytics forecasts many various aspects, including how much consumers expect they will spend, what they’re looking for and where they plan to get it. Businesses, online and retail, will need to use advertising demographics to reach more consumers during the holiday season if they want to meet or surpass last years earnings. The consumer research industry may be just what the economy needs to jump start consumer spending for the next two months and hopefully into next year.
